Pre-order Policy
Welcome to Toy Collectibles!
Some of our products are available through pre-order. Below you’ll find exactly what that means, how the delivery time (ETA) works, and what happens if you combine a pre-order with items that are already in stock.
🔹 What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an advance purchase of a product that is not yet in stock.
By ordering now, you reserve your copy of an item that is often limited in quantity or produced exclusively.
Once the product arrives at our warehouse, your order will be processed and shipped immediately.
🔹 What does ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) mean?
Each pre-order product includes an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) — this is the estimated arrival date at our supplier or warehouse.
Please note: the ETA is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
The final delivery time may change due to:
production or shipping delays;
quality control checks by the manufacturer;
customs or transportation issues.
📅 Example:
“ETA: Q2 2026” = expected between April and June 2026.
“ETA: December 2025” = expected in December 2025.
When updates or delays occur, we will adjust the ETA on the product page and send an email update when relevant.
🔹 Payment
Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering, unless stated otherwise.
Your payment guarantees your reservation of a limited product.
If the manufacturer or supplier cancels production, you will, of course, receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
🔹 Combining pre-orders with in-stock items
You may combine a pre-order with items that are in stock, but please note:
By default, we ship all items together once all products (including pre-orders) are available.
Would you like to receive your in-stock items earlier?
Place them in a separate order, or
Contact us to arrange a split shipment.
Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for separate shipments.
💡 Tip: Don’t want to wait for your pre-order to arrive? Order in-stock items separately for faster delivery.
🔹 Delivery of pre-orders
As soon as your pre-order arrives at our warehouse, it will be shipped within 2 business days.
You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your package has been sent.
🔹 Cancelling or changing your pre-order
You may cancel your pre-order within 14 days of purchase (in accordance with the legal right of withdrawal).
After this period, cancellation is only possible by agreement — for example, if the manufacturer delays the release by more than 3 months.
For cancellations outside these conditions, a cancellation fee (max. 10%) may apply to cover costs.
If the manufacturer or supplier cancels a pre-order, you will receive a full refund.
🔹 Delays & changes
We understand that waiting can be difficult — especially for collectors. Unfortunately, we have no control over the production or shipping schedules of manufacturers.
However, we promise to communicate all updates transparently and promptly via our website and/or email.

The provided ETA is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
We reserve the right to adjust ETAs when necessary.
